Being retired now, I was employed at a chemical company for over 38 years (starting in 1977). Since 1998 I worked as a Safety Officer.
During the last years of my professional career,
I worked as a safety and health protection coordinator concerning new constructions and
mobile infrastructures and
I was responsible for contractor activities at the plant.
Having been chairman of the local contractor safety team as well as a care team member of the European Safety Team,
I had the opportunity to work for a company which has developed a representative safety culture over the last 200 years
and now has one of the best safety statistics in the chemical industry.
Today I feel responsible to continue my work as a safety coach and to share my work experience with your company in order to level it up
so that your employees get home safely.
